Essential South Africa

On arrival at Cape Town International Airport, you will be welcomed by our travel representative. You will be then transferred to your hotel, privately. You can spend the rest of the day at your leisure. Since the hotel is situated in the heart of the city, you can also set out to explore nearby areas.

After having a scrumptious breakfast, you will leave the hotel for a half-day City Tour, starting from the famous Table Mountain. Once you reach the mountain, it is recommended to click the postcard view of the mountains from a special spot known as Table View. From Blue Mountain, you will be headed to see various landmarks of the city, such as South African Museum and the Company Gardens, City Hall and Castle of Good Hope, Parliament Buildings, Malay Quarter, Green Market Square, Signal Hill, and Camps Bay and Clifton.

You will be free by the evening to rest in the hotel. However, it is recommended that if you aren’t too tired, you shall spend the rest of the evening shopping, eating, or simply strolling through the popular Victoria & Alfred Waterfront. You can return to the hotel afterwards for your overnight stay.

After breakfast, you will be out for a full-day guided tour of the Cape Peninsula. The place is vibrant with picturesque view of the hillside and offers brilliant hikes in the wilderness. The place also brims with untouched beaches, known for water sports, such as surfing, water boarding or simply swimming.

Some of the places covered under the tour include Clifton and Camps Bay, Twelve Apostles, Llandudno, Noordhoek, Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, Cape Point, Cape of Good Hope, Boulders Beach Penguin Colony, Simons Town, Constantia, Muizenberg, and Kirstenbosch Botanical Garden, etc. Ostrich viewing is also a part of this tour.

Once the tour is finished, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Cape Town for your overnight stay.

Once you are transferred to the hotel in Knysna, you can spend the entire day at your leisure. In the evening, you will set out for the Evening John Benn Sunset Cruise, which is known for the perfect romantic evening with your loved one as you enjoy a glass of cocktail, wine, or your favourite drink and watch a mesmerising sunset from the cruise. After this, you will be transferred to your hotel for the overnight stay.

The whole day would comprise of exploring the some of the most popular places of Oudtshoorn. You will self-drive from Knysna to Oudtshoorn and have a guided tour inside the Cango Caves, Cango Wildife Ranch, and Safari Ostrich Farm. Cango Caves is the most popular cave of South Africa. Lastly, it will be a fun-filled experience at the Safari Ostrich Farm, where you will spend a lot of time interacting with the ostrich in the farm. Once the tour is over, you will return to your hotel in Knysna to spend the night.

After having your breakfast in the morning, you will self-drive to George Airport, return the rental car and catch a flight to Johannesburg, where our representative will meet you and transfer you privately to the spectacular Sun City Resort. You will spend the next two days relaxing, enjoying and having a gala time in this glamorous resort. From witnessing beautiful sunrise to indulging in activities, such as spa treatment, golfing, or simply enjoying your time by the pool, these days will be worth-remembering. Your overnight stay will be at the hotel.

You will have the opportunity to leisure in and around the hotel for a day. Sun City Resort is home to the beautiful Valley of Waves and is one and only surf-and-safari destination in the country. It offers stunning views of the hillside. You would have a gala time spending time in this Resort.

After having a relaxed morning, you will be transferred privately to Johannesburg. You can explore this beautiful city and visit some cafes and restaurants to get the taste of the food of Johannesburg. This would also be a good time to buy some souvenirs to take back home.

You overnight stay will be at the hotel.
