Steps to be taken for Travelling to Maldives 

  1. You need to get a COVID test negative report 96 hours prior to arrival in the Maldives from an ICMR approved Lab. List of ICMR approved labs - https://www.iisc.ac.in/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/ICMR_Pvt_Labs_25.04.2020.pdf 
     
  2. Fill up the IMUGA form (while going and coming back from the Maldives). You need to fill this form within 24 hours of your travel - https://imuga.immigration.gov.mv/ethd/create 
     
  3. Mandatory download of Arogya Setu App (India) and TraceEkee App (Maldives)
     
  4. Air Suvidha form for flying back to India. You need to fill the Self Reporting Form as well as Exemption Request Form at least 72 hours before your arrival in India - https://www.newdelhiairport.in/airsuvidha/allairports
     
  5. COVID test is mandated to be done again on your return, at the resort which costs approx $100 per person for flying back to India.
     
  6. A valid Travel Insurance Document covering 14 days quarantine is highly recommended and is mandatory at certain resorts. Kindly recheck before proceeding with a confirmation. The Maldives recommended Insurance Plan is www.allied.mv.

Arrive in Male

Arrive at Male airport and meet our representative who will assist you to transfer to Paradise Island Resort & Spa via a speed boat transfer. Only 15 minutes from the airport, the hotel is perfect for a family wanting to experience staying at a private island in Maldives. All your meals are included in the stay.

Day at Leisure

After breakfast, you have the day at leisure. Enjoy snorkeling that Maldives is famous for or explore Male attractions like the National Museum, Hukuru Miskiy mosque made primarily of coral and the beautiful Islamic Centre.

Day at Leisure

After a tasty breakfast, you have another day off where you can enjoy a luxurious spa experience or hit the beach for some sun and sand at Maldives. If watersports are your thing, then go ahead and book one of the activities such as windsurfing, sailing, canoeing and more.

WHEN TO GO

Maldives is generally visited all-round the year by tourists. It has a tropical climate. Maldives enjoys a dry as well as a wet season wherein the temperatures fluctuate during these periods. The usual daytime temperature is around 25 degrees. In general, the temperature is quite consistent and stays at around 30 degrees. Isn't that amazing? The peak season generally begins from November and goes on till April, and Christmas & New Year are grandly celebrated here as well & family tourists are warmly welcomed.
