On Day 1 and Day 2, you arrive in beautiful Venice and you get a true Venetian experience with a Gondola ride. You also get a taste of the local culture of Venice at the Rialto outdoor food market where you try the local foods and flavour. Your stay at Venice also includes an island-hopping tour, visiting three important islands, wherein Murano is famous for glass-making and Torcello and Burano are sought-after for their beautiful landscapes.
On Day 3 and Day 4, you leave from one beautiful destination to the other, Florence and visit many places of interest and even the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The interesting highlight of this culinary trip is that you attend a pizza and gelato cooking class.
On Day 5 and Day 6, you now move to your last stop, “The Eternal City”, Rome. While here, you not only visit the many famed monuments and landmarks, but you also go on a pizza and food walking tour.
On Day 7, your gastronomically delighting culinary discovery tour comes to a close and you are homeward bound from Rome, Italy.
Day 1: Venice: Venice Street Food Guided Walking Tour with a Visit to the Local Market Upon arrival, you board the Eurail from the airport to the city centre, and you check into the hotel.
Experience the local cuisine of Italy while discovering this central Venetian location. While on a guided food walking tour, you stroll through the beautiful, vibrant, and eye-catching Rialto outdoor food market. It is home to some great eats, eateries, restaurants and a marketplace that retails an amazing variety of food and food products. The tour begins at the Dorsoduro district, and you will tour all the way till Saint Mark’s Square. While on the tour, you will experience first-hand the vibrancy of the local vegetable and fish stalls which gives you a good insight into the local culture of Italy.

Day 3: Venice To Florence, Florence: Hop-on Hop-off Tour After breakfast, you will checkout from the hotel and board the Eurail to Florence (2hrs 10mins Approx.), and on arrival, you check into the hotel.
In the beautiful, romantic region of Tuscany lies the jewel city of the Renaissance period, Florence. Here, you discover some true treasures in the form of art, architecture, palaces, churches and much more. You visit the Duomo Cathedral the Michelangelo’s Statue of David at the Accademia Gallery and more. The city is not only known for its culture and heritage. It is also home to a couple elegant boutiques, art and craft shops, and tempting ice-cream parlors that serve many different flavors of gelatos. While going sightseeing, you can hop on and hop off as many times as you like aboard an open-top double-decker bus.

Day 4: Florence: Leaning Tower of Pisa Tour, Gelato and Pizza Cooking Class After breakfast, you reach the Leaning Tower of Pisa passing through the panoramic landscapes of the Arno Valley. Learn how to make two very delicious and mouth-watering Italian dishes: Pizza and ‘Gelato’. The chef starts off the class by sharing a brief history about these wonderful Italian specialties. And then the chef embarks on making a pizza from scratch and shares the preparation step by step. Little tricks about how light, malleable and soft the yeast-filled dough should be, and also tips as to how to make the perfect pizza sauce is shared. After which you learn the secret recipe of how to make an Italian “Gelato.” In this class, you will learn about how to use natural food colors, heating and freezing techniques, and its effect on the dish. After which you take home a Graduation Certificate.

Day 5: Florence to Rome, Rome - Pizza and Food Walking Tour After breakfast, you will checkout from the hotel and board the Eurail to Rome (1hr 50mins Approx.), and on arrival, you check into the hotel.
