Our Munnar and Alleppey short 4 days and 3 nights tour of Kerala covers the twin destination of Munnar, ‘Kashmir of South India’, famous its tea plantations, and Alleppey, known for Kerala's backwaters, beaches and boat races.
Arrive in Cochin, meet our Holxo Holidays representative and proceed to Munnar. Enroute, visit Athirappilly Falls, the largest waterfall in Kerala at 80 ft high and 330 ft wide. It was featured in the movie ‘Baahubali’, where it shot to fame. Drive through lush greenery and panoramic views as you to drive to Munnar. Enroute, you visit Cheeyappara Waterfalls, Valara Falls, Karadipara View Point and Blossom Park. Arrive at Munnar and check in to the hotel.

After breakfast, start your sightseeing tour of Munnar with Eravikulam National Park located around the Western Ghats, which is home to the endangered Nilgiri Thar-Goat. Next, visit Mattupetty Dam, built in the hills of Kerala. Later, proceed to Anamudi (2695 m), the highest peak in Kerala and South India, giving you a stunning view of the hills. Pothamedu viewpoint, famous for sunset views, gives a panoramic view of the valley. Also, visit the one of a kind Tea Museum and Rose garden, with its multiple variety of flowers.
After a day full of sightseeing, proceed to the hotel and rest overnight.
After early breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Alleppey, ‘Venice of the East’. Arrival at Alleppey and check in to the highlight of Kerala, your houseboat. Relax and enjoy locally cooked meals (lunch, tea and dinner) on the houseboat, while your boat cruises through the serene backwaters. Enjoy your memorable and one of a kind overnight stay on the houseboat.
After breakfast, check out and embark on your journey to Cochin. Enjoy a full day sightseeing tour of Cochin including Santa Cruz Basilica, Mattancherry Palace - Portuguese palace also known as Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue from 1568 and St. Francis Church in Fort Cochin - one of oldest European churches in India where the body of Portuguese explorer Vasco da Gama was originally buried.
Later, transfer to the Cochin airport for your departure.
