Our best of Greece and Turkey package comprises of a 10-night and 11-day tour to the most popular cities of these countries. Your itinerary would encompass soaking in the history of ancient Greek civilization, relaxing near the pristine beaches of Mykonos, watching the stunning sunsets and extraordinary views of Santorini, marvelling at the magnificent structures of Istanbul, and witnessing the unique rock formations of Cappadocia, amongst many other attractions.

  • On Day 1, after arrival in Athens, you will be assisted to your hotel.
  • On Day 2, you will visit the architectural miracles of Athens such as The Propylaea, Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion, the Parthenon, and the New Acropolis Museum.
  • On Day 3, take a ferry to Mykonos Island and enjoy rest of the day at your leisure.
  • On Day 4, you are free to explore the beautiful Mykonos Island.
  • On Day 5, take a ferry to the splendorous island of Santorini.
  • On Day 6, take a cruise to Caldera where you will visit an active volcano and thermal springs and Thirassia Island.

Arrival in Athens

You have arrived in the ancient city of Athens. You will be welcomed and assisted by our travel representative at the airport. You will be then taken to your hotel for your overnight stay.


Sightseeing in Athens (Breakfast Included)

After having a delectable breakfast, you will set out to visit to some of the most spectacular places of the city.

This half-day tour will start from the historic Panathenaic Stadium, which is the only stadium in the world built of marbles. You will also swing by the incredible Presidential Residence, the Ex-Royal Palace, guarded by the Evzones, who, in their vibrant uniforms are a sight to behold. The Temple of Olympian Zeus, Hadrian’s Arch, the Academy, the National Library, the University, the Parliament, the Memorial of Unknown Soldier, and the Constitution Square (Syntagma) are some other marvels worth-a-visit before you head over to the Acropolis of Athens.

The New Acropolis Museum, an architectural masterpiece will be another memorable part of this tour. Once you enter the citadel, you will be mesmerized with the architectural genius of ancient monuments, like The Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion, and the Parthenon.

The evening will be free to leisure around in your hotel or explore Athens on your own.

Athens to Mykonos (Breakfast Included)

After breakfast, you will be picked from your hotel by our talented guides and transferred to Piraeus Port to embark on a ferry ride to Mykonos.

This dazzling island boasts of 25 white beaches, which are dominated by a number of clubs, cafes, and restaurants. The ‘island of the winds’ is dotted with small hamlets, narrow-pedestrian streets bedazzled with flowers like bougainvillea, churches, quaint cafes and restaurants that bring a sense of ease and relaxation to the visitors.

Once you arrive in Mykonos, you will be immediately transferred to your hotel by the assistant staff. Rest of the day will be free for you to rest or explore the Island.

Explore Mykonos (Breakfast Included)

Once you are done with the breakfast, go ahead and spend rest of the day exploring this beautiful island. Start from the divine beaches of Paradise, Lia and Kalafatis. Dive into their piercing blue waters and indulge in activities, such as surfing, flyboarding and wakeboarding. You can also go for mountain riding or simply visit a few architectural masterpieces, like the Archaeological Museum, the open-air Cine Manto cinema, and art galleries, including Rarity Gallery and Art and Soul Gallery.

Mykonos to Santorini (Breakfast Included)

Enjoy a scrumptious breakfast at the hotel before heading to Mykonos Port to start your journey to the dreamy island of Santorini, a breath-taking Greek Island tucked in the southern most tip of the Cyclades Cluster in the heart of Aegean Sea. The island grows on you the minute you look at its natural hot springs and picturesque view of the sea.

You will be assisted and transferred to your hotel after your arrival in Santorini.

Volcano Cruise in Santorini (Breakfast Included)

You will be picked from the hotel after breakfast for an interesting cruise to Caldera and the hot springs that are a part of it. The highlight of the day will definitely be a visit to the active volcano of Santorini. You will literally feel the warmth of the dried lava under your feet as you make your way to the volcano. If that’s not enough, the rising sulphuric gases seen from the earth will be another sight not to be missed by you.

You will the spend rest of the day soaking in the blue waters of the popular thermal springs of Santorini and visiting Thirassia, the sister island of Santorini, before returning to the hotel.

Santorini to Istanbul via Athens (Breakfast Included)

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport to board a flight for Istanbul via Athens. Upon arrival in Istanbul, you will be welcomed and assisted by our travel representative and transferred to your hotel.

Explore Istanbul (Breakfast and Lunch Included)

After breakfast, you will be visiting Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque (The Sultan Ahmed Mosque), Hippodrome, St. Sophia Museum (a former cathedral, later an Ottoman imperial mosque and now a museum) in Istanbul and the Grand Bazaar, housing over 3000 shops.

Bosphorus Cruise, Spice Bazaar; Istanbul to Cappadocia (Breakfast and Lunch Included)

Once you are done with breakfast, you will start the tour with a stroll through the Spice Bazaar, which is popular for Turkish delights, carpets, nuts, spices, and cheese. This will be followed by a cruise along the Bosphorus, a river that separates Europe and Asia.

Stop for lunch and head over to the airport for your flight to Cappadocia. Arrive in Cappadocia and meet our representative for transfer to the hotel.

DAY 10

Explore Cappadocia (Breakfast and Lunch Included)

After having breakfast, you can go for an optional Hot-Air Balloon flight. You will then, visit the aesthetically-pleasing Goreme Open-Air Museum, the gleaming Uchisar Castle, the awe-inspiring Devrent Valley, and the whimsical Fairy Chimneys.

Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

DAY 11

Departure (Breakfast Included)

After having your breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport to board your flight to Istanbul, from where you will take your flight back home.

Even though Turkey is considered to be a summer destination, it can be visited all year long. Same is the case with Greece. The best months to book your Greece and Turkey package to these stunning destinations are April, May, September, and October. The weather is pleasant and the sky is quite clear during these months. June and July are extremely hot in both of these places where as November to February get quite cold, especially in Cappadocia. However, rest of the places can be visited all year long.
