ITINERARY

DAY 1

Arrive in Paris

Welcome to the City of Love, the gorgeous Paris. After landing and checking into your hotel, you will have the entire day at your leisure to explore the city the way you want to. In the evening, you can choose to go for the Lido Show and enjoy a glass of champagne (optional).

DAY 2

Paris: City Tour, Eiffel Tower and Seine River Cruise

After breakfast today, you will head out for the city your of Paris. This guided tour includes stops at the Palace of Versailles, the Arc De Triomphe, the Notre Dame Cathedral, the Concorde Square and end at the Opera Garnier. You will then head to the Eiffel Tower and go up to the 2nd level. In the evening, you will head out on the Seine River cruise to enjoy the sunset and the night lights of Paris.

DAY 3

Paris: Day at Leisure

Today, after breakfast, you will the option of either going to Disneyland or to the famous Louvre Museum. Or, you can opt to spend the day on your own, strolling the streets and sampling French cuisine.

DAY 4

Paris to Interlaken

Enjoy a delicious breakfast in Paris. Post breakfast, you will head to the train station to go to the resort town of Interlaken, via Basel. Located between Lake Thun and Lake Brienz in the Bernese Oberland, Interlaken is a popular holiday destination and with a ton of activities. Surrounding this beautiful town are Mount Eiger, Mount Mönch, and Mount Jungfrau. You will have the opportunity to explore this town on your own today.

DAY 5

Excursion to Jungfraujoch

After breakfast, you will head out for an exciting excursion to Jungfraujoch, the highest train station in Europe. You will make this journey on the Jungfrau Railway, which will traverse the mountains, offering a spectacular view of the mountainside and glimpses of the majestic mountains Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. You will also be able to see Europe’s largest glacier the Aletsch glacier, surrounded by magnificent mountain peaks.

DAY 6

Interlaken to Lucerne

Enjoy a delicious breakfast and check out from hour hotel, as you will be going on a journey to beautiful Lucerne today via train. Lucerne is a stunning town straight out of a fairytale. After reaching, you will check into your hotel and then head out to explore the Old Town, which lies on the Reuss River and see the Chapel Bridge and Water Tower, which have been standing for over 200 years.

DAY 7

Excursion to Mount Titlis

Enjoy a hearty breakfast in the morning. Today, you can either choose to head to Mt. Pilatus (optional) or Mt. Titlis. Mt. Titlis is a haven for skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts. You can visit the mountain top via a cable car. It is 3020 meters above sea level and offers the most stunning view of the surrounding Alps.

DAY 8

Lucerne to Innsbruck

After breakfast, it is time to head to the town of Innsbruck, Austria via train. You will spend the day exploring the town by yourself.

DAY 9

Innsbruck: Swarovski Crystal World

An exciting day lies ahead today. After breakfast, you will leave for a tour of the Swarovski Crystal World. Here you will learn about crystals and explore the unique crystal museum at your own pace. Visit the Chambers of Wonder and the Crystal Cloud that is made up of a whopping 800,000 hand-mounted crystals.

You will stay overnight in Innsbruck.

DAY 10

Innsbruck to Salzburg

Enjoy your breakfast and after checking out from the hotel, you will be taking to the train station for the journey to Salzburg, the birthplace of Mozart. You will embark on the hop-on hop-off tour of Salzburg upon arrival and see all the main attractions of the city including the Mirabell Square, the Old City and the Festival District.

DAY 11

Day Trip to Hallstatt

You will depart after breakfast today and head to Hallstatt. Visit this quaint picture-perfect village, liked for its old-world charm, the Alpine scenery and captivating views. Hallstatt is also home to one of the oldest salt mines in the world. You will visit the salt mines where you will go through tunnels to one of the oldest staircases in the world, see a salt lake and even get to ride the miner’s train. Enjoy a leisurely walk along the lake, before returning to Salzburg.

DAY 12

Salzburg to Vienna

After breakfast, depart for Salzburg to head to Vienna. Upon arriving at Vienna, you will be taken to your hotel to check in. You will have the rest of the day to yourself to explore the town on your own.

DAY 13

Vienna: City Tour and Schönbrunn Palace

Enjoy a delicious breakfast in your hotel and then head out for a city tour of Vienna. On this city tour, you will visit historic landmarks and lively city squares. You will be visiting the famous Schönbrunn Palace, one of the most renowned baroque complexes in the country. Other attractions include the State Opera House, the Museum of Fine Arts the former Habsburg winter residence, the Hofburg, the Parliament, etc.

You will stay overnight in Vienna.

DAY 14

Departure from Vienna

After breakfast, you will depart from your hotel and head to the airport for your flight back home.

WHEN TO GO

The best time to visit France, Austria and Switzerland would be April to September. France is perfect as the sun is pleasant and the warmth is very welcoming. However, during September and November, you are likely to see a lesser crowd and you get to have the town to yourself! Here, you have something for everyone and the memories you take from here will be cherished for a lifetime! Switzerland happens to have something to offer to everyone irrespective of what season you come to vacation even winters, having their own allure. The weather is exceptionally pleasant between the months of April and September in Austria. The city is enjoyable for the lovely cold breeze and the amazing hospitality of the locals.
