Short Tour to Wayanad & Ooty

Arrive at Calicut, a major trade centre and meet our representative who will assist you and transfer you to the hotel for check in. Later, proceed for a full day sightseeing tour of Calicut (Kozhikode) including Kadalundi Bird Sanctuary, with a large number of animal species and Tali Temple, one of the oldest temples in Kozhikode dedicated to Lord Shiva.

In the evening, visit the peaceful Beypore Beach to capture sunset.

Return to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and proceed towards Wayanad, known for its plantations and wildlife. Enroute visit Banasura Sagar Dam, the largest earthen dam in India, where you can go speed boating or trekking up to Banasura Peak. Later, visit Wayanad Adventure Camp and engage in various activities such as ziplining.

Drive to the hotel, and stay overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, proceed on a full day tour of Wayanad, including Chembra Peak (2100 m), the pre-historic Edakkal Caves, Pookot Lake, Kuruva Island and Muthanga Wildlife Sanctuary, which is home to elephants, bisons, tigers, bears, etc.

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive to Ooty. Enroute, visit Black Thunder Water Theme Park for a fun-filled day on slides and rides.

In the evening, reach Ooty and stay overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, proceed for the full day sightseeing tour of Ooty that includes Ooty Botanical Garden, Doddabetta Peak (2623 m), Sim’s Park and Ooty Lake. In the afternoon, experience the picturesque journey in the famous toy train (tickets not included) from the town of Mettupalayam to the hill station of Ooty and later, drive to explore the local market of Ooty.
