Adventurous Auli & Rishikesh

OVERVIEW

On a clear day, the view of the snow-clad mountains is beyond what words can compare. A ride in the cable cars from Joshimath will make this impeccable view more exhilarating.

The slope quality and infrastructure at Auli are perfect for beginners to get a hang of skiing and for professionals to bring their game on.  Beginners are also offered a 3-day skiing tutorial and the skiing package comes with snow beaters, ski lifts and trained skiing instructors.

Rishikesh takes a slot in the list of picturesque white-water rafting sites in the world. To ensure a safe and exciting experience, rafting instructors employ stringent safety procedures in handling amateurs and professionals.

Adventure junkies are offered short-run, long-run and mid-run rafting, the latter being most preferred. The entire course starts at about 15-20kms upstream from Rishikesh and continues for 3 to 4 hours after navigating Grade II and Grade III rapids.

A drive from Rishikesh to Auli and back is one of the most exhilarating with the tributaries of the Ganges running on one side and mountains on the other.   The rugged tracks that stretch from Rishikesh to Auli ensure a thrilling drive. With colossal mountains on one side and the iconic River Ganga on the other, the view is just stupendous.
