Day 1: Arrive at Pune and travel to Kolhapur. Visit Jyotiba and Mahalaxmi Temple. Arrive at Pune and travel to Kolhapur (230 kms - 4 hours), a prime pilgrimage in South Maharashtra, renowned for being home to the Mahalaxmi Temple, a Shaktipeetha temple with close proximity to prime regional pilgrimages such as Jyotiba Temple, Kaneri Math and Narsobachi wadi. In the afternoon, you visit Jyotiba Temple (3100 - 25 kms - 1 hour), a renowned regional pilgrimage. Thereafter in the evening, visit Mahalaxmi Temple, an ancient 7th century temple and a prime pilgrimage site.
Day 2: Travel to Solapur via Narsobachi Wadi and Pandharpur In the morning, depart early to visit Kaneri Math, where there are displays depicting various aspects of village life and a Lord Shiva Temple. Thereafter, you depart for Narsobachi wadi, a temple dedicated to Shri Narasimha Saraswati, the Purna Avatar of Lord Dattatreya. Thereafter, you proceed to Pandharpur, one of the most visited pilgrimages in Maharashtra, dedicated to Lord Dattatreya. After spending some time at Pandharpur, you depart for Solapur and reach by late evening.
Day 3: Visit Tulja Bhawani Temple, Akkalkot and Ganganapur Today morning, you depart for Tulja Bhawani Temple (46 kms - 1 hour), one of the Shaktipeetha Temples. After spending some time, you travel to Akkalkot (65 kms - 1.5 hours), home to Shri Swami Samarth Maharaj, a 19th-century saint. Thereafter, you proceed to D Ghanghapur, noted for the riverside temple of Lord Dattatreya. Return to Solapur by late evening (Total travelling - 300 kms - 7 hours).
Day 4: Departure for Pune. Enroute visit pilgrimages of Morgaon and Jejuri Today, you to travel to Pune (250 kms - 4 hours) for your onward departure. Enroute, take a short detour (30 kms detour) to visit the significant pilgrimages of Morgaon Ashtavinayak Temple (Lord Ganesha Temple) and Jejuri (Khandoba Temple).
