Roadtrip to Ladakh

Zojila Pass just after Sonamarg is the most difficult of the mountain passes in India and crossing it is a thrilling experience. The pass is 9 kms from Sonamarg and is an important link between Ladakh and Kashmir. This pass is considered to be the second highest pass after Fotu La Pass on the Srinagar-Leh National Highway.

Leh Ladakh offers a range of rafting options on the Indus and Zanskar Rivers. Options are available for river rafting in Ladakh from a day trip to week long rafting expeditions. Nimmoo about 25 kms from Leh at the confluence of Indus and Zanskar rivers is the main center for river rafting in Leh Ladakh.

Stok Kangri at 6153 mts is an ideal peak for amateur mountaineers. Trekkers with experience can use crampons and ice axe and will find the ascent to Stok Kangri challenging but an attainable goal. The summit of Stok Kangri offers a magnificent view of Saser Kangri (7670mts) Kang Yatse 6400mts and Nun Kun (7135mts).
