Discovery Down Under

You arrive in Melbourne, the second largest city in Australia. Interestingly, it is also referred to as Australia’s Cultural Capital. After checking in to the hotel, you have the day free at leisure.

In the evening, you can enjoy dinner on the Colonial Tramcar Restaurant which is said to be one among the star attractions of Melbourne's tourist landscape. The tramcar is a restaurant on wheels and was the world's first to provide this unique dining experience.

After breakfast at the hotel, you go on a half-day Melbourne City Tour. You go to ‘Little Italy’, which is in the north-east corner of the city and here you can check out the many stores, boutiques and restaurants. Marvel at the architecture of the Melbourne University and the Royal Exhibition Building. Later, visit the Fitzroy Gardens. After which, you can walk around some of Melbourne's alleys, streets and arcades.

Later, you will go on the Phillip Island Tour. While here, don’t miss seeing the Little Penguins that have inhabited the island. In fact, during sunset, you can see these Little Penguins coming out of the sea and waddling on the beach and then heading to the sand dune burrows. Incidentally, these Little Penguins are said to be among the smallest of all the penguin species. You return back to your hotel in Melbourne late and you stay the night here.

After breakfast at the hotel, the rest of the day is free and you can opt to go on any of our exciting, optional tours.

Optional: You can go on a day long trip on the Great Ocean Road that stretches over 200 kms. This tour will take you to the well-known rock formations which are referred to as the 12 Apostles, a Biblical reference. And you will definitely get some time to explore the beaches along the road.

After breakfast at the hotel, head to the airport and take a flight to Brisbane. You arrive in Brisbane, you then transfer to the Gold Coast hotel and check in to the hotel, where you will stay overnight.

After breakfast at the hotel, you visit Movie World. This is a fantasy movie theme park. This is a theme park operated by the Warner Bros studio. While here, you get to see many shows and attractions based on a couple Hollywood blockbusters. A not-to-miss is the rides and also visiting the many movie set replicas here.

After breakfast at the hotel, the rest of the day you have free at leisure or choose from any of our exciting optional tours.

Optional: Dreamworld is a very interesting theme park, where you can cuddle Koala bears, come face-to-face with a tiger and enjoy over 15 rides and attractions, live shows and also many DreamWorks blockbuster movie enactments and shows. Catch the different shows based on Hollywood blockbusters like “Shrek’s Faire Faire Away”, “Kung Fu Panda: Land of Awesomeness” and “Madagascar Madness”.

You stay overnight in the Gold Coast area.

After breakfast at the hotel, you check out and you are transferred to the Brisbane Airport and you take a flight to Hamilton Island. Nestled amongst the 74 Whitsundays Islands, Hamilton Island is situated deep within the heart of one of the absolute Natural Wonders of the World, The Great Barrier Reef.

You arrive in Hamilton Island and you are taken to the hotel to check in. You have the rest of the day free at leisure.

After breakfast at the hotel, you leave on a full-day cruise. You get to spend a full-day exploring and discovering the secrets behind what the Great Barrier Reef is all about. The coral reef is home to some of the most incredible marine life that you may never ever have seen. Incidentally, the Great Barrier Reef is actually made up of about 2,900 individual coral reefs collectively.

After breakfast at the hotel, you go on a half-day cruise, the Whitsundays Whitehaven Cruise. The cruise takes you through beautiful environs and you are bedazzled by the breathtaking beauty and glowing white sands of the Whitehaven Beach on Whitsundays Island.

After a lavish breakfast at the hotel, you check out of the hotel and you are taken to the Hamilton Island Airport, from where you head to your last destination, Sydney. On arrival, you are met by our representative and taken to your hotel. You check in and you can relax and spend time on your own.

In the evening, you go on your own to the King Street Wharf on Sydney’s waterfront and go on the Sydney Showboat Dinner Cruise.

After breakfast at the hotel, you have the rest of the day free at leisure or you can choose from any of our optional tours.

Optional: You can head out of the Sydney city limits and embark on a day’s trip to explore the UNESCO nominated World Heritage site, the Blue Mountains National Park. While here, you are out in the wilderness that is filled mountains, cliffs, forestlands, and waterfalls. While here, you will learn a thing or two about the Aboriginal way of life. The day’s trip includes a visit to the nice little mountain town of Leura and visit the Featherdale Wildlife Park and get up, close and personal with the koalas and kangaroos. You also have an option to upgrade to include a cable car ride or taking a scenic train ride in the Katoomba Scenic World.

After the trip, you return and stay overnight at the hotel in Sydney.

After breakfast at the hotel, you embark on a half-day tour around the city. The tour takes you to the well-known Sydney Opera House, the Harbour Bridge and more. You will also get to visit the Manly Beach. Your tour ends in the Circular Quay or the Darling Harbour. At this Harbour, you can exchange a Combo 2 Pass to visit the Sea Life Aquarium + Sydney Tower Eye with 4D experience (the transport to the Aquarium and Tower are not included). Then, you get the afternoon free at your leisure and you are free to do something on your own.
